According to reports and rumor beleaguered athlete Caster Semenya is not handling things well at all.
If it's true she's a "hermaphrodite," then it is only fair that she be barred from future competition.
It has nothing to do with prejudice but fairness in athletics.
Semenya isn't the first athlete to undergo this type of scrutiny.

If Phillip Garrido gets himself a psychiatric hearing, it won't do him (or, for that matter his wife Nancy) a bit of good. He's going to be in prison for the rest of his life, however long that turns out to be given prisoners' attitudes regarding pedophiles.
