WCSD superintendent and Eli Broad "academy" graduate Heath Morrison insists he can turn a corrupt school district around and make it even more corrupt.
That's the Eli Broad way. I expect more charter schools down the road to replace "failing" public schools that don't meet AYP. Northern Nevada has a ton of them, and on the whole they aren't very good and are staffed with many (former) WCSD teachers and principals.
