Developing college and career-ready graduates (Although few jobs require a degree at all and there are few jobs of any kind to be had in Nevada)
• Core curriculum and assessment (Teach to the test)
• Recruiting, selecting, training and retaining highly skilled teachers (Nepotisms need only apply, and nobody over 40 should consider working for them)
• Recruiting, selecting, training and retaining highly skilled leaders (Nepotisms need only apply, nobody over 40 should consider it, and make sure these "leaders" know nothing about union contacts, state laws protecting teachers' rights, and federal civil rights laws since the district will support malfeasance by principals no matter what the cost)
• Recruiting, selecting, training and retaining highly skilled administrators and support staff (The most unscrupulous, unethical, or downright crooked people need only apply for these jobs; more points given for Eli Broad "academy" graduates)
• Parent/community outreach (Keep them in the dark as much as possible)
• Marketing and public relations (More propaganda to keep the public in the dark as to what really goes on in the district)
• Efficient and effective operations (More waste and inefficiency)
• Performance management (Get rid of the most expensive hires, more propaganda to show how "well" the schools are doing)
• Alignment of resources (Whatever that is)
• Effective use of schedules and calendars (Probably more year-round schools which are a complete farce)
