Susan Ohanian notes this winner of a superintendent has held EIGHT superintendent jobs in 25 years, so I doubt he's going to last long even with his "reform" of using Houston, Texas, as a hub for research on what works and what doesn't work in education.
We DO know that what doesn't work is what "reformers" are trying to create in public education.
