This means more cheating will take place in addition to a newspaper trying to shame teachers by publishing their names along with the test scores because test scores are an accurate measure of teacher "competence." Which is a total crock of shit to anybody who is remotely knowledgeable about education.
There had better be some kind of class-action lawsuit filed against the Los Angeles Times.
