It sure seems that it is when important social services are ignored or dismantled in order to further help the tiny number of rich. They will keep stealing and keep stealing until there are massive riots in the streets.
Right now the public at large is still too apathetic to see what is going on, but they are slowly wakening up thanks to the worsening economy and more people becoming jobless.
