Ed Schultz was at a rally in NYC today of UI exhaustees. Hundreds were in attendance, and while this is just a tiny blip, it is a start, hopefully, of a national movement.

Meanwhile, our congresspeople continue on their vacations and campaigns to get re-elected, but they won't do squat about the unemployed who have exhausted all benefits.

See, it's time for "austerity" measures, including robbing Social Security and Medicare if these crooks can get away with it. I haven't heard Schultz or anybody else talking about this, but that is why nothing is being done to help people damaged by the actions of the financial elite. Instead, we are supposed to bail these crooks and incompetents out.
