I doubt many teachers are even aware of what is happening, and that a major world organization is pushing this. These crooks have influenced neoliberal outfits like "Democrats for School Reform," policies of which Duncan and Obama are following.

This "value-added" crap won't work, and it ignores the real problem in public education and that's with administrators from principals on up who aren't held accountable for their actions.
