One can only hope, as people throughout D.C. were outraged at her treatment of teachers and other professionals in her scheme to "reform" a "failing" school district.
Rumor has it she is being tapped to ruin the already precarious Newark School District.
But her antics are just another example of the arrogance of "reformers," who, with absolutely NO concept of what public education is all about and no real background in education (Rhee's two-year stint with TFA doesn't count as real teaching experience), think they know best. Of course it is all a concerted effort by these propagandists to undermine public trust in their public institutions.
The arrogance goes right to the top, to the president of the United States. He has no intention of changing course.
After all, he is getting his marching orders from the World Bank, which has declared war against all public school systems throughout the world.
