More About My Favorite Subject

This writer, like yours truly, received some of Secretariat's hair when he paid a visit to Claiborne Farm back in 1985.   My visit was just nine weeks before the champion's death.

This piece was published today,  the 21st anniversary of "Red's" (as he was called) death.

I also intend to see the Disney film when it comes out.
