ask himself why Medicare was created in the first place? It's because private insurance is a failure--especially for older people because of the need for insurance companies to make a profit.
Older people need medical care more than any other group, including children. That's why they have to have "government assistance."
I hope AARP and other organizations torpedo this pile of shit legislation.
