Another school district begins to bite the dust, and another superintendent beloved by the Broadies and other "reformers" ought to be sacked.
When the standardized test scores, whether norm-referenced or CRTs, are the be-all and end-all of "educating" students, and when livelihoods are at stake, expect widespread cheating.
The teachers don't do this in a vacuum--their principals generally pressure them to cheat, and if they don't, harassment and even termination result.
