I can't wait until you are forced to testify to the grand jury investigating fraud by the USPS cycling team. Then the world will know whether you have risked prison for perjury or risked prison for committing fraud on the taxpaying public.
Right now you and your lawyers are engaging in legal gamesmanship. And this is a denial?:
Last week, the head of Switzerland's anti-doping laboratory, Martial Saugy, denied allegations Armstrong tested positive for performing-enhancing drugs during the 2001 Tour de Suisse.
Saugy said his lab did find suspicious levels of EPO in four urine samples from the race Armstrong won, but he didn't know if any belonged to the seven-time Tour de France winner.
NONE of this means anything when the person hasn't been put under oath.
I'll wait until Lance is forced to testify, then we will see what happens.
