not the lack of employee "skills," that are at the core of high unemployment, thanks to neolibs in both political parties hellbent on destroying the American economy.
Talk about "skills" and the need to "retrain" is nothing but a cruel joke, especially for those of us over 50 who are too goddamned old and broke to go back to school after having our careers stolen from us.
