If you have no understanding of the politics of public education, especially the relationship between principals and teachers and how easily principals can ruin lives, then you have no business trying to "reform" education.
As I mentioned, FMLA is big-time violated by school districts all over the country. I know; I was a victim of such abuse of the law by my former principal and the head of human resources.
