Diane Ravitch is a Threat to Neoliberal Utopia,

and because she once endorsed many of the so-called reforms, she is seen as a huge threat to the neolibs. She knows where the bodies are buried, and they don't like it:

I didn't bother reading David Brooks' nonsense about Ravitch because anyone who has been in teaching knows people like Brooks are full of shit.

Just wait until Lois Weiner gets more airplay. She manages to look at the big picture and is even more of a threat than Ravitch.
