Something to be proud of is the fact that NO net jobs were created last month thanks to many layoffs in the sector.
The economy is also a mess because Obama's stimulus package didn't go anywhere near far enough to generate demand. That's because the neolibs in his party insisted on tax cuts rather than job creation.
Tax cuts don't work, especially given the fact they disproportionately benefit the rich. The rich do NOT create jobs; demand does.
