There are so many teachers who are out of work and schools are turning out too many teachers, the LAST thing we need is more bogus "credentialing" programs from privatizers.
This is such an atrocity, it makes one absolutely speechless.

A person who became famous because he or she was the son or daughter of two rather oddball celebrities is now encountering much hostility for being scheduled to appear on the series Dance With the Stars.
I know it is a free country and all that, and if you can pay an unethical surgeon enough money to mutilate you into something you biologically are not, then go for it. According to what I have read, Chaz Bono is legally a man but is still a pre-op transgender or whatever the current term is for people who are mentally screwed up and think that by mutilating themselves they can playact the other gender. The problem, of course, beyond the ethical issues, is that gender really is dependent on reproduction regardless of whether an individual reproduces. Gender has to DO with reproduction. Sure there are a few rare instances of people with some odd combination of chromosomes (XXY, for example), but that isn't usually the case for people who want to "switch sides" and be something they can never be.
Anyway, a link. Professor Janice Raymond many years ago told the truth about transgendered people, especially the male-to-"female" variety, and those in that community have been vilifying her ever since.
