"Relocating" or other such crap won't work if for every job that is filled, four people go without.
It's not getting any better. Obama's "jobs" program which was rejected by the GOP didn't go anywhere near far enough.
Face it: The neolibs WANT high unemployment. They don't give a flying shit.
