The Medford School District 549C lawsuit whereby an attorney representing three students sued the district over the alleged innappropriate touching of a now-resigned teacher has been settled. It was settled last week.
The local paper says nothing about this yet; I found out the information from the pay site Justia.com. It is the U.S. Courts website.
