In my old district, teachers "won" or prevented a 2.5-percent cut while at the same time administrators continue to make obscene pay, and where there is a seemingly endless supply of make-work jobs for administrators.
At least their worthless union didn't totally capitulate. Or they had an arbitrator who wasn't completely in bed with district administrators.
