There is a very simple solution to the problem of kids baiting teachers to lose their tempers and recording them on video: simply ban all personal electronics from campus.

If kids are caught with the items, confiscate them and return them only at the end of the school year.

This would also include iPod Nanos and the like, since many of those have video recording capability.
