Public school teaching isn't remotely like private business or other governmental work. Supervisors in other sectors of the economy don't have the power and the complete lack of accountability public school principals have.
The reason for the proposal is because most principals are clueless, unethical idiots and are hired in the first place because they are clueless, unethical idiots. Just like the mayor.
