Obituary of the Year

The middle class in the United States is for all intents and purposes dead. Although the price of homes has come down, it isn't anywhere near enough cheap for individuals and families to buy. Mobile homes are alternatives, but unfortunately, you typically have to pay space rent.

However, it isn't just the price of houses that are out of reach, it is also utility costs, insurance, and all of the other expenses necessary to have and keep a home.
