made a trip to L.A. a couple of days ago. Of course I am not referring to anybody who has resided in the White House now, in the past, or in the future. I am referring to that fun-loving couple Michelle Rhee and her new husband Kevin Johnson.
While no sane person living or dead should give this pair the time of day, unfortunately they have the ear of the privatizers who are messing up public education on purpose.
The usual teacher trashing was evident, including the bizarre notion that experienced teachers are somehow terrible. Nobody says this about doctors or lawyers, but it's okay when it comes to teachers.
Thanks to teachers being such wusses and fearful for their jobs--justifiably given the structure of public education--these critics get away with this nonsense.
