If you missed this episode of 48 Hours, you should watch it, for it is by far the craziest case it ever covered:



Incredible Kenneth Minor ever went along with this harebrained scheme of Locker's. He should probably be released from prison since it wasn't murder. Locker's family should be charged with insurance fraud.
