There is a job opening at one of the NYC charter schools, the title of which is code for professional development trainer. This person is going to train "school leaders," also known as principals, to head schools or do a better job of doing a lousy job.
It is not required the applicant have ANY CLASSROOM EXPERIENCE AT ALL. I suppose they think that is a negative. Hey, TFA's are better than veteran teachers, facts be damned. So are Broad Academy "graduates" better than qualified, licensed and credentialed superintendents to head school districts.
