There is so much competition for the Ten Dumbest Members of Congress it would be difficult to make a list of only ten.
What is sad is perhaps only ten or twenty members of both houses of Congress are worth a shit. THEY are the ones who should be noted.
Anyway, here are the "top ten":

3. Rand Paul, R-KY
4. Sean Duffy, R-WI
5. Tim Griffin, R-AR
6. Todd Akin, R-MO
7. Vicky Hartzler, R-MO
8. Tom Graves, R-GA
9. David Schweikert, R-AZ
Note they are all Republicans, but the party is so batshit crazy, no Democrat could possibly belong on the list.
