What an Idiot

The woman who was too stupid to sign her name on the back of a winning lottery ticket is crying foul against the other woman who found the ticket in the bin and cashed the $1 million winnings:

If anybody should be sued, it's the outfit that owns the scanner and the lottery commission, not the woman who found the ticket.

Unfortunately, neither woman will end up with a damned thing by the time the lawyers get done with their take.
