By the way, no federal government program can go "broke" or have a shortfall since that same government prints money. By definition the federal government cannot go "broke."
Everything the neolibs spew is a lie. They want to dismantle programs because of an ideology. They also depend on economic ignorance of the public to continue spewing lies.
