not only is there a bunch of backtracking with regard to those "Galvanic" bracelets proposed for students and teachers to wear, but to even suggest such an idea was proposed is being derided as paranoia or hysteria.
This means, of course, the proposal was the truth and the intentions were as the initial reports said they were.
