If you think the Gates Foundation is out of its depth regarding education policy, you are underestimating the outfit.
Just ask yourself this simple question: How did Bill Gates get so filthy rich? The answer to that question is the reason he is heavily involved in education "reform."
He sees an opportunity to make billions off software and online schools, welfare of students be damned.
