I feel embarrassed for the Royal Family to preside over such a bunch of amateurish crap as was on tonight. It should have been simply the "parade of nations," for, after all, that is what the ceremonies are SUPPOSED to be about.
It looked like an overblown version of the Super Bowl halftime show.
Horrible. The NBC commentary is even worse during the "parade of nations." This is when broadcasters need to shut up. Who cares about politics?
I hope the games themselves will be much better.
