How demented is that: The principal who illegally sacked me four years ago is doing better than ever, and, as one of her hats, since apparently she doesn't have enough to do at her current job, if in fact she is still at that job, which she may not be any longer, is being Teacher Incentive Fund Coordinator. This is the fed program which, among other things, has a "merit pay" factor involved.

This is a principal who didn't know what the fucking law was, not that it was ever worth shit in the first place, pretended ignorance of the law at my bogus hearing, yet she is made in charge of a program where supposedly people who evaluate in selected schools are held to accountability levels as well as the teachers. This is a principal who oversaw a school, Sun Valley Elementary, which was plagued with staff problems for years since she allowed cliques to form. What a piece of human shit, a personification of the Peter Principle.

Morrison, who hired her for this job, had one sick sense of humor.

Teachers there are truly fucked.
