Edit: The main points of discussion today were those photos of Jodi and Travis the day of the murder. A photography expert was talking about these pictures and of Travis's camera, which ended up in the washing machine after Jodi killed him. Jodi looks a little bit embarrassed over the raunchy pics. One was a picture of Travis with KY jelly.
Of course, like most of the autopsy pictures and pictures of the dead Travis at the murder scene, these have been kept out of public view by the courtroom camera although visible to the jury and spectators at the trial. The shower pictures of Travis were shown for public consumption, however.*
Another witness testified about the burglary at Jodi's grandparents' place in Yreka just days before the murder. Missing was the gun which is alleged to have been the one Jodi used to kill Travis Alexander.
Detective Esteban Flores was back on the stand, and portions of his questioning of Arias in Yreka were shown.
Trial was adjourned at 4:30 MST. It will resume at 10:30 tomorrow morning.
*--During a break in the testimony, instead of showing the state seal of Arizona, some jerkwad rewound the trial tape and actually showed the lurid, x-rated pictures prosecutor Martinez had on the overhead earlier but the courtroom camera didn't show live on television and online. Now the tabloids from all over the world will plaster them everywhere.
Whoever pulled that crap should be fired.
It didn't take Jane Velez-Mitchell very long to post most of those x-rated pictures (with the genitalia blacked out) on the air.
