It sounds like the teacher is being railroaded out of a career over bogus charges.
This is a "report" that should never have been reported.
The charges are being used as an excuse for a district to rid itself of an "expensive" employee.

I think I already posted about this lawsuit which alleges teachers are being forced to work in nonunion charters, among other things.
