Preschool teachers are scandalously underpaid, with most working for private outfits, and they are lucky if they make much over 10 or 12 dollars an hour.
If Obama requires more training (which of course will mean standardized testing for preschoolers and even toddlers), then most of these preschool outfits will go out of business.
He's just full of shit, a total ignoramus:

The "reformers" don't think of K-12 as skilled work, either, requiring a college degree. A movement is afoot to junk credentials for K-12 teachers.
