If Jodi Arias is convicted of murder one, despite there being NO evidence AT ALL for premeditation, only speculation by the prosecutor, she better have access to the best appellate lawyers in the United States to throw out such a travesty if it goes to the higher courts.
I, however, am figuring hung jury. That would let them and Judge Stephens off the hook for this mess.
