Taxpayers are footing the bill for the "teachers" for the scam organization Teach for America to have places for them to stay for their two-year stint, providing they even last that long after five weeks of "training" before sinking in a at-risk classroom.

Teachers become great teachers if they are given a chance to make a career of teaching.
That isn't what the "reformers" want, of course.
