Arne Duncan is a mental midget who is incapable of seeing HE is the problem with education policy.
He completely ignores the constitution and the right of states and local governments, meaning school boards, to provide guidelines for curriculum.
He fancies himself as some kind of national superintendent of schools when in fact the son of a bitch should be impeached and removed from office.
