Moving the Goalposts

That's the whole point of the propaganda by corrupt politicians backed by school privatizers when they think more and more public schools aren't "making the grade."

Whenever the schools meet expectation after expectation, the goalposts set by "reformers" keep being moved higher and higher until the day comes when ALL public schools fail.

Then these bastards can rob the public treasury by closing down ALL public schools and forcing the opening of charter schools from which they can steal the money.

This is a bank heist, pure and simple.
