The "skills gap" was always a load of crap. Using that propaganda was designed to create a flood of college graduates in order to drive down wages and salaries for professional jobs.

Since it is clear from this story charter schools are in fact private schools that get taxpayer subsidies, they need to be either shut down or operate solely on charging tuition.
