What in the goddamned hell is the matter with the ACLU that they are so stupid they don't understand it isn't so much the photos or videos that are the problem but that they are posted all over the internet WITHOUT PERMISSION?
I don't even know why they continue to defend pornography of any kind considering it is nothing more than a human rights violation anyway just like prostitution is.
It's like they have this blind spot about "free speech" without looking at other constitutional issues, such as the right to privacy and so forth.
Good for California even if the "revenge porn" violations will now be considered misdemeanors rather than felonies.
