I've got news for her: She may look "good" now, but in twenty years, when menopause starts taking hold, she won't be able to sustain her regimen and look that "good" without a ton of cosmetic surgery. She could wind up with thyroid problems and have problems keeping the hated "weight" off, no matter how often she works out or even if she gets medication for it.
Her problem isn't with how she looks, but how she perceives others for what she considers are their shortcomings. The statement "what's your excuse" is what is offensive, not the picture itself.
Women especially don't need this "fat-shaming" shit.
