It sounds like somebody wanted to get rid of her to make room for somebody else. However, the double standard involved with her fiance is interesting. I suppose she could try to file a sex discrimination claim because of the disparate treatment, but the problem with that is she posted the picture, not him. The "crime" was posting the picture on FB. However, I think the important issue is the teaching license. She needs to fight for that.
