Nobody gives a rat's ass about child care availability or much else when millions are living in complete and total poverty, regardless if those affected are male or female.
Tax and trade policies have created this sinkhole of an economy. Until there is a big change in D.C. politics, nothing is going to improve for workers and the unemployed.
