If you don't quit teaching, administrators will PUSH you out if you at all pose a threat to them. If you are over 50, you are considered "too old" and they will kick you to the curb anyway.
I am the perfect exhibit for being thrown under the bus and getting run over again and again and again.
I am not feeling sorry for myself; this is just the way it is with this shithole economy and being forced to live in an area where it takes an act of Congress to get any kind of job.
