You'll hear of a "bi-partisan" attempt to do something that supposedly helps people, but you know nothing will EVER pass Congress and signed by the White House these days that won't screw over the American people.
This anti-testing proposal will go absolutely nowhere.
What should happen is that Obama and Duncan are dragged into impeachment hearings over their completely illegal education mandates.
Since 95 percent of people in Congress support destroying public education, it would never happen.
