Considering the Los Angeles Times is one of the leading papers in the country to demonize the teaching profession and to trash public education at the behest of the gangsters wanting to pilfer public funds, one little bone tossed out there in criticism of Common Core State Standards or standardized tests isn't going to cut it.
The paper needs to issue an apology to the family of Rigoberto Ruelas to even have a chance at credibility on education. It murdered that poor teacher the same as if its reporters and editors put a gun to his head and pulled the trigger.
No credibility, no forgiveness.
