At least the first part of this article repeats my talking points that I have been saying for years and years and years about the propaganda waged against public education.
Most of the piece reiterates what is wrong with all of this "standards" madness, madness that began in the 1980s after the fraudulent A Nation at Risk and has gotten much, much worse today thanks to those shitbags in the White House and the Department of Education who should be impeached and run out of town.
